So i've been thinking about this for a bit now, and thinking about putting the F1a to the side (keeping it) and going turbo. I really would like to see how the on3performance kit would hold up with the t70 on it. I'd assume all the welds would probably need to be checked over first, but i'm thinking about putting their kit to the test and seeing how it will hold up. all there hot side piping is 16g 304ss piping but not sure if it's cheap pipe.

hmm anyone running a on3performance kit?

i'm not sure i did read through the thread over on corral but i don't think it'll hold up to the power outputs that i really want.

304 stainless steel is a widely used because of its excellent welding characteristics, if its welded by someone who knows how to weld (im assuming they do), it should hold up fine. just check over for pin holes, or un sealed welds. btw 304 is the grade of the stainless, and its generally a very good, and versatile stainless to work with.

if i do get it i'll have all the welds re-enforced and probably go with the MP T70 a real tial bov and use my procharger race bypass.. if i can find a way to make it work i'll keep my procharger intercooler and ditch the cheap one.. not sure if i'll go through with it... read a lot about it and still haven't decided if the cheaper kit is worth it

pointless to go tial over tial knock off..... i wouldn't worry about the intercooler than much unless yours is larger

the welds are fine

yes mine is much larger 3 core procharger vs a cheap knock off one plus my procharger is already mounted lol... and as far as the wastegate goes i'd rather have something more durable in there since i plan on pushing this kit to it's max if i go with it, which is why i was going to use my procharger race bov/bpv on it instead of the cheap tial wanna be.

why do you say it's pointless to go tial over tial knock off.. cheap things break, so why not try to fix any future problems from the start?

i'm pushing 700 with a supercharger and would like to hit high 700-800 on turbo i don't need things to break and cause a problem... plus the welds i've heard can be a huge issue on the on3perf. kits
