Ive had 3 different IACs on my car. All have done it. My friends 94GT and another friends 94 Cobra do the same thing.... Im pretty sure its normal part of the stupid feature that keeps your rpms up for a second to minimize clutch wear.... I tried to drive with the IAC unplugged reminded me of driving a POS fox body or something the RPMS dropped way too fast.

so it automatically revs up?

Just a tad. Its not like 1k more or anything just like 200 RPMs. I absolutely hate it and wish it was gone but it's always been there from the time my car had the stock intake and TB with the original IAC till now with the 70mm BBK and 3rd IAC with cobra upper and lower.... I have pretty much given up until someone else finds something. Although I've heard its "Normal"
