Honestly i would go with a 70mm setup for what your mod list consists of. Unless your thinkin about goin to a blown setup in the future then 75 may be fine. I have a 70mm on my 390rwhp setup

^ The Setup in your sig isn't a 390RWHP setup. i hope it's blown no or something.

To the OP what intake are you looking at?

I am going with a BBK 65 MM TB TFS Elbow TFS Street Heat Intake 1" Phenolic spacer combined with ported gt40's BBK Longtubes and so on.

I think 65mm TB will be plenty unless you're going to be doing some good heads and cam swap. People tend to over TB their cars.

though professional products throttle bodys may not look quite as good as some a the others, the way they do the adjutment for the tps sensor is a pretty nice set up n sure beats slottin the holes on a sensor n tryin to get a bbk one in range ID TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN CHOOSIN 1

Except the PCM on a sn95 will learn the TPS idle voltage if it's between .65 - 1.25volts. The .98v idle setting is about the mid point and the TPS output reading should be close to that voltage when installed unless the idle stop screw setting has been altered. The key factor with the TPS is that it has a smooth voltage increase from idle to WOT.
