throttle hangs on saleen

hey guys, on my 4.6 ever since i got, when i rev it engine, the rpms hang like crazy, it sounds like the 12 afternoon alarm!!! wat could be this problem???

sticky/sticking thottle cable
dirty throttle body
dirty IAC valve


have those 3 things checked out.......

yea i checked the throttle body and cleaned it all out along with making sure the cable was right, but i guess i must check the valve thanks!

most likely the culprit. check for vacuum leaks as well. it might be difficult put this can also cause a "hanging idle"
