hey guys my throttle is sticking at about 1400rpm. When I rev the car my tach needle goes up and drops normally until it reaches 1400rpm than it sticks there for about few seconds before it goes down to 750rpm. What could be the issue????

An air leak, a gunked up IAC, a gunked up TB inlet, a bad IAC, or a bad TPS. Not neccessarily in that order, but easiest order to eliminate them.
Oh 1 thing I forgot to mention is "this is going to sound weird" If I am in the car and radio is off, and whe I rev it, you can hear through the vents vacuum sound, once that vacuum sound goes quiet my rpm;s go back to normal, but while hearing that vacuum sound my idle is stickin at 1500 rpms. :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall:
