a bad spark plug wire can make a tic until its warmed up. Make sure they are all on tight, and don't give you a shock, let me know how that goes :)

A loose or cracked plug wire can do it, a leaking header gasket can do it, many different things could do it.

Video please!!! :)

I'll attempt to make a video tonight or in the morning.
But if it was an exhaust leak do you think it would like just randomly go away anyways come back until it's warm?

I actually had a broken plug wire so that's why I changed them out and noise is still there.

When my header gasket leaked the first time it would only be noticeable when cold. Then once everything heated up and expanded it wasn't noticeable. My friend has a cracked exhaust manifold on his titan currently and when you first fire it up it's sounds horrible, almost like a rocker that is worn out but after it heats up it's totally quiet.

Again, this is just one of a few things it could be.

My tick sounds very familiar to yours. Mine is coming from under my valve cover(thinking a lifter seized). Mine doesn't go away when hot though... but it just went away randomly today (motor wasn't warm); which worries me a lot. Going to start it up tomorrow morning and see if it came back. here is a video of it ticking thoughhttps://youtu.be/asgHpPyFq0Y

Forgot to do today's video right after being started for the first time in a week. Also, you will hear a noise at the end... it is my pulley tensioner, just bought a new one, and I'm replacing that in the morning. https://youtu.be/Kol3acs87KY
