Timing Chain Problem.

My Friend and i are swapping heads from NPI to PI with VT stage 1 cam. we put the chains back on with all the tensioners and guides bolted all down nicely we crank the flywheel to ensure that everything is okay. as we spun the motor the Right side chain flexes while we spin the flywheel by hand. dose anyone know what the problem can be? is that normal? the other side stays snug.

Make sure you put the plunger all the way up. Thats the black thing on the tensioner is the plunger. Push it all the way towards the chain, or down.
