Well, next steps on the build are timing components and throttle body/plenum setup.

I'm pretty set on going with this timing setup:

After timing components my next step is throttle body/plenum combo.

For the plenum I'm definitely going with a 6061 plenum. I was originally going to go with the Accufab 75 mm throttle body, because I was very happy with my 70mm Accufab setup. However, I noticed some other brands that go for about half the price. I was looking at Stack Racing, and they look like pretty good quality. Would it be alright to go with a throttle body like the Stack Racing one to save some bucks?

I used OE timing stuff for my motor.

EDIT: From what I see now on MHS, your good to go with the 6061 and stock throttle cable
We are now a stocking distributor of 6061 custom intake elbows for the Edelbrock 2V and possibly the Sullivan 4V intake (we need to test fit for throttle cables on the Sullivan) This hand crafted work of art allows use of your stock type 75mm throttle body, JLT or similar CAI, stock IAC, and stock throttle body cables with the Edelbrock intake manifold. Don't waste your money on an adapter plate to reuse an elbow designed for the PI intake, it just doesn't work as good. This makes one of the best intake combos for the 4000-7500 range be it NA, nitrous, turbo or blower. Click the pictures/thumbnails below to see this elbow and its fitment up close and persona
