timing question

i have a simple question i have just done a h/c/i and i was wondering if when setting the initial timing if i was suppose to set the timing marker to o on the compression stroke or 10btdc i know it was one of those and i already know about how to set the dizzy but i couldnt remember and i didnt look at the timing before i think its 10btdc but just wanted to make sure thats where you are suppose to start at thanks for any help.
