Tire dressing that doesn't sling and make a mess?

I use Black Magic tire shine, doesn't spray at all and has a very nice shine but not too shiny see my pic below:

If you want something extremely wet, turtle wax makes a tire shine that comes in a little spray can, you can pick it up from any autozone for around $13, its almost like a clear coat for your tires. Its lasts decently long and creates a crazy shine. YOu just spray it on and let it sit for about an hour or until its try to the touch and then you are good to go for about a month.

Dry to the touch? That actually sounds bad, if the tire shine is dry to the touch then I would think that could prematurely cause the tires to dry rot
