Ok well my last payment for my college classes has cleared so now I can get the new tires for my wheels that have been sitting in my basement for 4 months. Now do y'all think upfront i should put 255/40/17 or 275/40/17s up there? For the back i already know I'm putting 315s back there/ But, what is a good tire to get? I normally buy BFG KDWs but they don't make those in 315s so what brand and type of tire should i get? I know at first i was gonna put drag radials on the back but decided to wait and find a 15in wheel to put some slicks on for the track. help me out!!! thanks

wheel: front 17x9" back is 17/10.5"

depends do you want drag radials or good street tires. i recommend kdw2s for street. sizes is up to you. 245 and up are really decent.

BFG G Force Drag Radials get 295/40/17's rear and 245/40/17's front They are 12in wide same as MT 315's but wear better. Nittos wear best but dont hook well.

275/40s are going to be your best bet up front

BFG tires are junk IMO. I had the KDW2's and the Drag Radials and I had complaints about both. When the KDW2's wore out in the slightest on the inside due to camber angles they sounded worse then my Jeep Mud Terrains under stopping conditions. The Drag Radials Dry rotted on me after 2 years!! I stored them during the winter time in an indoor climate and barely drove the car when they were on there! Thats why I spent the extra money this time and tried Pirelli's.

i would say go with falkens there cheap and have a really good name and they come in 315/35/17 for the back an 275/40/17 for the fronts. i run falkens on my car and love them. if you dont know anyone that can get you a good deal on tires where you live i would try tirerack.com they have pretty good prices and there shipping is fast

i run the kdws in the rear and g-force sports in the front. kdws hook well on the street. and i dont care they dont match.
