thorco what size are your front tires? i am going to be running 315's on my next wheels and just looking for the best size front tire. thanks

my front tire's are 255/35's on an 18x9 rim. I've also run up to a 275 on a 17x9 rim and thought that looked pretty good as well. Depends on how much bulge you want and how much sidewall. A 245 is a little too narrow for a 9" rim imo.

I would higly recommend sticking with a 255.. Just an overall better feel. I hated how 275's wanted to follow every single dip/alteration in the road. Apperance wise, they look about the same IMO.

I will not go over 245's up front...


If your gonna go big go 335's they fit... I went 315's im gonna either go to 335's or just back down to a 275 true radial.

Now that you mention it, I have to agree with ya there. The 275's did like to try and steer the car for you. It was the worst when you would hit a patch of road where the weight of traffic (prolly semi's) had left grooves in the road.

yeah im all ears on how to fit the 335's. i have 315s and need tires now. must have to roll the fenders and take a BFH to the inner fenderwells
