The pressure inside the tire is greater then outside of it. When you reach 2k psi the tire baloons into that shape and will stay there.
















Until the tire hits a pot-hole/speed-bump/small animal/stick/twig/rock/pebble/crack in the road less then 1/8" across. The tire is under warranty as long as it is never driven over any of those obsticles...
