Just keep the revs as low as you can when you roll through the hood.
You could always put tail pipes on. At least then it'll be quieter to you. lol

That is extremely loud for something to be driven on a daily/semi-daily basis. I wouldn't mind it if I only drove the car once a week or so.

I can't afford to drive it every day... it will be driven to and from work occasionally, to a club meet or two, and possibly to run errands occasionally... Its still going to be trailered to the track, so when it breaks lol im not stuck, and i have all my tools with me.

I'd bang it

Ditto. Sound just fine to me. BTW what is your exhaust setup?!? I know a guy with BBK L/T's, Mac 3 inch ProChamber O/R H-pipe, and 3 inch Mac Pro-Dumps and it's hella quiet (at idle and cruising). And I mean so quiet that when I was following 3 cars behind him in town in my Acura 3.2TL I had to turn the radio off and open the windows and I could still barely hear him.

BBK LT/s, Custom/Dr Gas 3inch X pipe, 3 inch Mac Pro-dumps... but i also have a NASTY cam in it and 11.5 compression so that is where the loudness comes from.

I had Mac LT's, pro chamber, and mac pro dumps. I live in an area with a lot of hills and currently have 2.73's. I would set off car alarms at idle, it wasn't too loud but it was too deep for me.

To loud for a DD.

Perfect if you have a more tame mustang to drive also.

Ah gotcha. I don't know what he runs for compression or his cam specs. I know it's fast though.
