lol im just messing, but I cant believe that bolt snapped. Was that a factory hardened bolt?

Probably a million people that have cut 1.5 60 foots on those without breaking them

Yep, factory OEM bolt and when i installed it i torqued it to spec 86-lbft.

I drive my car very hard. I already installed new LCA bushings, and brand new MM LCA Bolts on all 4.

Handz, I doubt you launch your car anywhere near as hard as 10,000 people that take these cars to the strip and cut 1.3-1.4 60 foots and shit.

Seems like a freak occurrence to me.

Those people launch like 5 times and trailer home.

I launch like every other stop light.... on the street. Even race cars dont survive the street. UPR suspension can even survive the street. The street breaks cars.

Lol, bro, you seriously have some BS excuse for everything.

Your launching on the street with 400 hp and some DR's

That is probably a small fraction of the stress those bolts see on a more powerful car cutting 1.3-1.4 at the strip.

I drive my car on the street very hard everyday as well.

Im still saying that was a freak occurrence, not some massive torque overload. lol

Yeah, bro. The Kenne Bell Hits hard. 420 Torques @ 2,000 RPMs.

Launching a stick puts way more stress on a car than launching a auto-fail slushbox.

Interesting, something that allows me to launch harder, achieve better/ more consistent 60 foot times AND put less strain on the drivetrain at the same time is a "fail"

I did not know that more stress on the car is a good thing, learn something new everyday!

Besides, you cant possibly believe your car has more strain on anything with your amazing 1.9 60 foot times vs someone with an auto and a trans break pulling 1.3 60 foots.

I manufacutre things for a living. Every day....
There are defects in every product. Thats why there are tolerences.... this could be an example of a defective product. Not 5000 ftlb of tq spewing from a kb....

Yes, This is the truth lol.

I highly doubt my Kenne Bell 1037389001231039103130913ftlb of torque broke this.

I think the bolt was just hella old and should have been replaced a while ago due to age.
