torque box reinforcment plates

what needs to be done to install torque box reinforcment plates?
i just came up on a competition engineering plates for cheap, so i bought em'. :yeah:

dont forget the ford wrench...... and a grinder, some paint isnt a bad idea either, its basically, bash them into compliance to where they come close enough you can weld them up, then grind the mating surface, preferably spray down weld through primer, weld them into place and then paint
