Thanks for the support guys and it has a new tubular K in it Spartan, it was almost totaled 6 months ago when I was going to work and was slammed into a curb by some russian woman. Even more ironic, this was a mid 20s asian chic that hit me who can barely speak english. Lots of people don't think it will be totaled either, and if it is, I'd rather fix this car knowing that it is now 100% rust free and completely re-done than buying someone else's garbage. If totaled and I get a good cheque for it, I'm looking at Cobras/ a Mach 1. Supervisor at work said to me "this is the chance to get that blue Mustang you've always wanted" .

Sucks, but to be honest thats a slam dunk total loss. If you buy back it probably wont be too much for a pro shop to handle, but doing it at home is out IMO.

Not exactly, and I don't do body work, I work at a Ford Dealership with a great body shop, they do my work . The manager of the bodyshop says it might not be totaled, as my insurance does take into account the mods done to car, as I said, it was appraised at $9000 6 months ago BEFORE the whole car was fixed of rust/new wheels/new paint job were done. I'm going to the salvage building tomorrow to look at it and grab some things from it, I'll have pics taken from my camera and not my blackberry. Going to bring my plies to try and get my hood pin out too and take a look at things under the hood

Found some tasty replacements, I love car shopping, but dang, why does my province have nothing? I like the Termy, heck even this 97 cobra look nice, and the termy is actually cheap too(usually go for $20-$25k up north)

Damn $16,900 for a Black 03 Cobra with those mods.... That is insanely cheap. Makes me want to go up to Canada and buy it.

Lots of people are telling me that, which can make sense considering how much is into the car, and the insurance company knows that. If it gets fixed, great, the car literally is a cat and has 9 lives, if not, I'm saving my odd pennies and buying a cobra/mach 1. Time will tell I guess, let's just hope if it needs to get fixed again, it doesn't take 3 months to get done >.<

Just got back from the insurance adjuster. The adjuster is going after the other party for 100% at fault because she was driving illegally in a bus lane, she said I have a good chance at winning it too, so that's the only plus side of this. This morning my neck/lower back are very sore, told the insurance lady, she said if it continues tomorrow to call them. Here are good pictures of the car with my camera at the salvage yard, RIP, it's not coming back this time, the pictures say it all :'(
