Me and some guys went down to the track tonight an got some better times than the last time, but still not good enough.....

    First Run-
    R/T - .440
    60' - 2.378
    330 - 5.992
    1/8 - 9.632
    MPH - 76.21
    1000 - 12.416
    1/4 - 14.773
    MPH - 95.87

Second Run-Best time and best trap
    R/T - .062
    60' - 2.396
    330 - 6.336
    1/8 - 9.575
    MPH - 76.67
    1000 - 12.352
    1/4 - 14.702
    MPH - 96.27

Third Run-Shifted to 2nd to early :nonono:
    R/T - .020
    60' - 2.396
    330 - 6.437
    1/8 - 9.713
    MPH - 75.89
    1000 - 12.509
    1/4 - 14.887
    MPH - 94.35

Fourth Run- Hit the limiter at the end of the 1/4 in 3rd...my tach doesnt work :eek:utofcloset:
    R/T - -.166...yep i red lighted
    60' - 2.456
    330 - 6.406
    1/8 - 9.667
    MPH - 76.33
    1000 - 12.444
    1/4 - 14.819
    MPH - 94.13

My 60' is killing me, i cant get a decent one...the track i go to does barely any prep and im running the FR500s...So once i get a driveshaft loop, i can start running the MT ET Streets i have sitting in my room. they should help with the 60', and then i need some gears so im not redline in 3rd at the top of the 1/4. :thumb:

but i improved on my last time which was 15.01, and the only things i have done since then is a short shifter, went from 2 cats to 0....so i think my driving has improved some.

    Opinions?

yeah street tires suck, hopefully i might buy a set of draglites soon, since the 18s are killing my times too.

yea they are not helping you thats for sure, some slicks or DR's would do wonders for you :). You could drop at least .3 off that 60ft time

and the slicks should improve my time alot more than .3, since i will switch to 15s plus the slicks. :thumb:

stock rear end + slicks = broke rear end

might not happen first time out but be prepared!!
