Tri-Ax shifter noise

I just installed my Tri-Ax a few days ago, and im getting a lil whine out of the trans. Is there something I can put on the shifter to quiet it down some? I used high temp silicone to seal the shifter when I put it in. Is there a sound dampener available? The noise doesnt bother me that bad, I could live with it if not, just wanted to ask if anyone knew.

OH yeah... got one of those and my MGW doesn't make ANY noise.. but can't say that it would have without it either, since i put them on at the same time.
