Well today i started on the trunk it still needs some more work but you get the idea......sorry about pics from crappy cell phone. After i finally like the trunk then i will move onto the scoops.....i Love it so far, great idea guys will get more pics when finished

Yep pretty much i scuffed it up in the crack and around the area really well and used a good amount of filler to fill the crack. BACK YARD BUILD FTW

Dude, I think I like your car better than any other Mustang I've ever seen. Who gives a shit what's under the hood, that thing is brutal looking.

Trunk look OK. I'm going to have to see the side scoops though. I saw a pic someone posted, they just looked wrong!! You did good on the trunk though. Maybe you can make them look OK.

I think just globing filler in there would be a bad idea?! I dunno much about bodywork but wouldn't that eventually just crack?!
It really depends on what you use to fill the crack. Straight up bondo will eventually crack. I have a friend of mine working on a spare trunk lid I had laying around. It will be like that only a couple of other things. ;)

Well i have some really great body filler and a few other things, straight up bondo will crack eventually, and of course if you don't mix the products right etc etc.....ahhhh it will be fine, its all about your prep work. No worries on my end! Same stuff i used on the fenders, side skirts, spoiler etc...and that was like 2 yrs ago!------- holding on strong.

I talked to a painter about it and he said it's risky either way because of the metal and plastic parts, they won't flex the same and could cause cracking.
