I am looking to get an aftermarket seat for myself, the stock leather seat is worn out and isn't very supportive during "spirited" driving. I can pick out a seat by look, but I was curious to get everyone's opinions on comfort and support for daily driving. :TY:

summits were by far more comfortable. I was a 42+ inch waist back when I had the hunsakers and they were really Tight.

I have seen the Summit seats in another Sn by me... they seem to big for the interior. Most likely because he got tan. I like black. Hunsaker=$$$$ but are nice seats.

I have the Corbeau TRS seats in black and they're very comfortable. If you're much bigger than me (5'10" and 185), you might wanna go with the wide versions, I believe that option adds 1-1.5" to the seat width.

I have had other stang member sit in the seat and they say its the most comfortable Fixed back seat they have very sat in.... It is VERY comfy because it cradles your body in a nice position when your not havng to hold you body up, the seat hold your body up, leaving your arms and legs completely free. It position your arm in the perfect driving position. Only downside is that its VERY Hard to grab stuff from behind you when you in the seat.

If you want some reclining seats and dont wanna spend $$$, then buy these off Ebay... i have satin them and they Rock...and look REALLY REALLY Nice....they look WAY better that the Summit/Jegs seats. (which are Sparco Knockoff)

these are in Alcantara but the comapy has them in leather also

I have a buddy that bought a fox a month or so back, and when he bought it, he got all the parts to go along with it...including a set of seats, he doesn't want them, so i'm selling them for him... they're APC seats, full adjustable, i mean, literally will lay completely flat, they have the slots for a harness, and they look decent... they are Black and "Carbon Fiber Silver" i'll sell them both to you(brand new still both in the box, only one has been opened and thats for picture purposes) $350, WITH harness' $500. :)

At this point i just want them gone... they're taking up space in my "Engine room", where i'm TRYING to build my 393...(Converted my sun room into my own personel car parts storage/work area)

A buddy of mine had Corbeau GTS II's and they weren't bad
Handz, I wanna sit in yours and see what it's like
Maybe when I come to cali for a visit we can meet up and chill
Then I can try them out, oh and are 5-points illegal there? I know they are here...

Thanks for the help guys. When spring comes I will most likely pick out a Corbeau seat and a harness. F**k the passenger. Most people won't drive with me. I guess they can't deal with it. :rollinglaugh:

Handz, haven't you done some open road course driving with your car? If so, I will seriously be looking into your setup. I have a rear seat delete waiting to get installed, so reaching into the back is no biggie. I like the kidney/side supports in that seat!! That's where the stock leather just lets go...
