Sounds good to me. NGK or Motorcraft, they'll both do the job. I use NGK myself.

You could change the PCV while you're at it too, and the trans fluid, diff fluid, and bleed the brakes if you're feeling ambitious.

Right at the very back of the lower intake manifold next to the firewall. There is a rubber hose that attaches to it.

I'd check the other oils, replace/fill as needed and go over your car with a fine tooth comb. Never hurts to set a weekend aside and go through everything.

Also change the PVC filter under the PVC valve, you'll need a small hook to pull it out though, but they're both cheap enough change those out too. As far as plugs go Motorcraft or NGK is good. I run NGK on both of my cars, but until my most recent work on my 5.0 I ran Motorcraft, upside to NGK is they are highly resistant to rust, can't say the same about Motorcraft.

Just don't forget to use a cue tip and proper electrical contact cleaner, and be careful, don't push too hard on the sensors they damage easily.
