the simplest way - that is about as loaded of a term as I have heard when it comes to ecu's. The squirts make the wiring easy with their harness but then the support after that is more up to you and through help on forums which can be very hit or miss as we all know. Holley does not have a super simple wiring solution but they do offer more support after the purchase to help.
Simplest way would be to get a megasquirt plug and play unit that takes place of the factory ecu. That will allow you to tune it yourself and the wiring is minimal.
