So I have been playing with the BE tuning software and its amazing .. I ordered a chip from Willy at Dirty Dirty Racing and he has been great with everything .. I would highly recommend him if you need a chip or tuning advice..

Just wanted to get a thread going were people can talk about there tunes and help each other out with tuning tips ..

I'm really blown away how cool this software is and how much you can really fuck up your mustang if you have dont know what your doing so if you have any tips to tune please post thanks..

Its really cool when you upload the stock tune file and the tune file willy made is crazy how much stuff you have to change..

We need to start a tuning section and put up tips and tuning strategies. It will help everyone. Ive used tuning software of many kinds but every software is different and tips for everything would help.

Yeah I always base mine from an oem rom.. Then tweak the fuel tables for larger injectors (if you are running them) then start with a base timing table for the car oem, then adjust from there.. When I do boost tables I always pull 1.5* timing per lb of boost.. Then if the car wants more I can start by adding .5* at a time till the curve flattens out.. Once the curve changes slow with adjustments I don't adjust anymore.. Then your in detonation territory..I then pull .5* for a safety net in fuel octane variations.some say 91 or 93 octane but may not be due to tank mixing, ethanol levels,etc...

Ya we added more timing in my car and it took it so I was going to add a little more .. I also like how you can adjust part throttle fuel and WOT fuel .. Its really nice with the Wide band to make adjustments then go drive the car and feel the adjustment you just made ...

It's crazy how much shit you can mess with .

A tuning section would be great. Even if you don't want to do your own tuning, understanding it is important.
