I currently have a 1994 GT. trick flow intake, E303 cam, 1.7 rockers, edlebrock performer rpm aluminum heads, short headers, CAI, 24lb injectors. blah blah the works.

I want to know if anyone knows what the Tweecer is all about. car currently has a BAMA tune from the previous owner on a 7 bank sct eliminator chip, but the tune sucks wont idle, and doesnt feel like it has enough HP. Car only did 101mph in the 1/4mile. my old 2v did 112 and i kinda thought this setup would be close to that.
is there some way for me to tune my car myself?
If not i already have purchased everything to do my Carb swap, but i would much rather keep the fuel injection because i drive the car alot. Thanks!

 HEYYYYY!!!!
Addermk2 does a lot of tuning, maybe he can weigh in on this.

You could always go megasquirt. They have a plug and play unit that would be lots of fun for us to play with.

Par for the course for BAMA.
I dont typically recommend the TwEECer. They are pricey, and finicky. I've stayed away from them since 2009.

Your 2v was nowhere near stock, running 112 in the 1/4. That being said, trapping 101, youre likely making around 250whp... which isnt terrible, but leaves room for improvement.

*puke*
I cant stand when people carb swap a perfectly good EFI car.

I don't forum much anymore.

If anyone knows his Facebook or instagram info I can bother him there lol.

bama tunes suck for 302s

Truth!

Anyhow, moving on. The E303 is a terrible cam choice for your engine. You dont make enough compression for it to truly shine. Performer heads are a good choice, but really dont match well with the TFS intake. The 24# injectors are a good start, but if youre using a calibrated meter, youre doing yourself a disservice.

Your tuning options are somewhat limited, but not very limiting... if that makes sense?

Your build is fairly simplistic (no offence), so you can easily get away with chip tuning. If you want to learn to do it yourself, then I'd suggest you cruise on over to www.eectuning.org and rear, read, read ,read. Then order yourself a Moates Quarterhorse (www.moates.net) and a copy of Binary Editor (www.eecanalyzer.net).

If you plan to build something more wild down the road, you could look into the Microsquirt V3 which is available as a PNP through www.efisource.com, the MS2PNP available from www.diyautotune.com, or spend loads more on a Holley EFI system.

I personally ran a Moates Quarterhorse in my 94 Cobra for years. Finally ending up with a touch over 750hp, but being limited by the stock PCM. I now am in the middle of installing a Megasquirt MS3X for engine control, and Microsquirt for transmission control (4R70W swap). My major hold up is that I believe my MS3X has an electrical issue.... probably why the guy I bought it from, sold it.

Oh well, its all repairable!
