Tunning questions for those who know what there talking about

Ok guys so heres the deal i am pulling my car back apart to go turbo and 351. Can i tune this with moates qh or am i just better off going with a blow threw carb. I have never used qh so i dont know what you can or can not do with it. I know it can be tuned with a stand alone system like a bs3 or fast but i just wanted to hear some thoughts.

There are some features that the stand-alone systems have which I would like to be able to use. However I do not think those features are worth the thousands of dollars that the stand-alone systems cost.
