decided to shoot some paint on my bird... had a bunch of left over paint in the garage that when mixxed togethor came surprisingly close to the original color...

didnt take any dents out, and have to get a few pieces, and paint a few trim peices, but im gonna get the tags on it, so i can cruise it around while im still sorcing parts for my gt... when the gt is done, ill sell this.

thanks guys, how much you think i can get for this? the interior is in rough shape, but everything else is fine. only 81k miles, and a rebuilt trans, no real miles on it since rebuilt, just around the block test drives.

My first car was an A4LD Turbo Coupe. The transmission was toast 5 hours after I got my license lol. You need to throw a T-5 in there man, it's much more fun. Unfortunately these things aren't escalating in value quite yet. My '86 literally had over $10,000 invested and I got $2,500 for it. But I'd start in that area, it looks pretty clean and there ARE enthusiasts who will pay good money for them.

well this is an 88, regarded as the best year for the turbos... so im thinking ill sell it for 3000, and not a dime less.

want me to take that chevelle off your hands??

unfortionatly for you, some already has. I gave that car to my dad... when i was in elementry we started building that thing, ive had 5 different engines in it, lost count on trannys.. and ive put two paint jobs on it... hes currently stripping it down and redoing all the body work, see all that bondo on the 1/4? it was like that when i bought it, and since there was no dents there, i never bothered to sand past the primer...

the last engine was a 383 stroker, made 512/ 556 to the wheels... the other engines arnt even worth mentioning... a couple 305's, 350, then a 355... ill get it back one day.

Yeah... I know that now...
I don't have to worry about that on the 65... I bought it from the original owners, with the original paint.
