Id stay away from the ebay intercoolers. They arent very efficient. Work? yes. Work well? not really. Get some dimensions and have Turbonetics/Spearco build you one. They already have a variety of cores availiable, just have to figure out your endtank and inlet/outlet sizing and locations.

in not quite sure yet how much boost i can run on my car, me and my mechanic have decided on around 10-12 pounds of boost until i replace some more of my internals. so I'm hoping somewhere around 300 if not more

wait so did you stroke your 3.8 out to a 4.2 but use all stock internals?!!??! and we still need a list of your current mods, and if youre still a single or splitport.....if you have a built 4.2, throw a 10# spring in there and buy a mbc and crank it up to 12+psi at it and go from there....and your numbers and state of your car really depend on your supporting mods....STOCK 94-98 engines should only have 7psi MAX thrown at them, stock 99+ engines can run 10psi safely, anything over that and you are going to decrease the life of your motor by alot. also yes, an ud crank pulley is worth the extra hp, good cheap mod.

well it sounds like you have a built motor then.....and you dont need to spend all the money on heads, go on supersix motorsports website and spend the $800 on their splitport conversion kit, its not just the intake you need, you need everything from the heads up....so you should be able to hit at least 400+rwhp pretty easily since you have a built motor if you decide to go splitport, just make sure you get a solid and safe dynotune

42lbs, 255 pump, an adj regulator to be safe, maf not sure. I'd go with turbo's too, much better for then engine. Just my 2cents.

i was also wondering will my stage 1 clutch and pressure plate stand up to a turbo or should i upgrade it to a Kevlar stage 3 kit? also will a lighter flywheel make a big difference?

also for the maf go with the properly sized SCT unit, you can get one from vmptuning.com :thumb: and details about the clutch will be helpful, but im assuming its a spec or similar clutch, and no it wont stand up to the high horsepower levels, its best to upgrade to a 10.5" GT clutch with the correct stage from spec and the correct aluminum flywheel also from spec

Your stage 1 will eventually go if you beat on it, so prepare to do one in the future. Lighter flywheel makes for more top end, but less bottom end getup and go torque if I remember right. It depends on how much money you want to throw at the car, if you don't mind the extra $300 than go for the flywheel too, every little bit helps in the 1/4 mile.
