So the police have released my car back to the dealer. They are still working to bust everyone involved with this whole dealer scam thing. The dealer will be ordering me a new bumper cover from Ford, and installing it whenever it appear's. They are also going to be giving me the Ford extended warranty (through 76k, I'm at just under 13k now :rollinglaugh:), an extended service contract (so tire rotation, oil changes, 30k service etc all free), and are lowering the price of the car to 20k even. And due to some number monkeying on their part, my payment will be decreasing a substansial amount.

Should I take it back? I'm kinda scared of it now, her and I got off to a real bad start, hell she broke down the first time I tried to run her hard. And I kind of want an auto, sooo... Should I keep it, and probably wind up swapping an auto in, or get the Mach 1 and wind up with a built lower end? Personally I like the Mach 1 look better.

this was a screwed up deal from the start, if it were me I think I would call the deal off and look elsewhere. But if your going to get a KILLER deal as far as a money stand point, then it would be hard to walk away. What happend on the break down deal?

If you want a auto for sure, I would go Mach 1

I'm with you there, I wasn't in great shape before the accident, but after... And our traffic here in Orange County is legendary... The only thing the Terminator has going for it in my head is the fancy seat's, higher desireability. A built bottom end and factory forced induction make it a pretty sweet deal.

However, I've alway's wanted a Mach 1, even as a kid in middle school (obviously I'm refering to the og version here). And the New Edge looks like SEX in Mach 1 form. The shaker gives me a chubby, and I love the seat's and dash overlay a really nice touches.

Other than the cast crank in the auto Mach's, and a lower redline, are there any functional differences? And can you put a twin Screw on one and keep the Shaker?

The Mach 1 seats are better than the terminators. Yes you can put a KB on the Mach and still have the shaker... The compression is eally high on Machs, so you can put too much boost through it on the stock block.

An '04 Cobra with 13k miles for 20g? Are you out of your mind? That is insane. That car where I live would be like high 20s at the cheapest. Not to mention all the extra free stuff you're getting with it. Unless there's something huge i'm missing that is a killer deal.
