Ok well here are a couple updates/updated pics of whats going on with the car!

As I posted in a previous thread, I got an intercooler and piping for christmas...and I also treated myself to a set of 17x9 and 17x10.5 Black Chrome 03 Cobra wheels.

What I have so far for the kit :

Got myself a 'little' external fuel pressure regulator today, and I am going to install some UPR Fuel rails tomorrow along with installing the inline pump back into the car...

So Excited! Cal is coming along...shouldn't be too much longer!

nice i like the turbo setup. How much boost, and what compression ratio? Its not much of a sleeper with the sound of a blow off valve under the hood tho.

well the setup that I am going for (minus the turbo) I am definitely looking to push big power. Fuel system alone is going to have that high flow external fuel pressure regulator, 255 in-tank and the walbro inline pump. Already have larger braided return lines, and going to hook them up to the UPR rails with some nice 60# injectors sitting under them.
I may be getting an aluminum block that is already assembled with pistons and rods, stock crank, just polished...will make about 8.5:1 compression. So when I first get the turbo on with the block thats in the car now, I'm going to run low to mid boost, around 10-15 psi...then once I get the new block in, I'll probably end up maxing out the turbo before anything, I'll be looking into getting a 76mm.

that sounds like a good plan. who are you planning on getting the aluminum block from?

just a friend of a friend type of thing. They changed their mind about what they wanted to do, so they are just selling the block.
