Welp thats a loaded question since ford used multiple front covers with a few different tensioners. And I just remembered the timing cover covers the front of the head so if pi is stamped on the front then you’d never see it, derp.
Other than finding the pi marking you’d have to remove the intake to see what shape the intake ports are on the heads or find the part number on the cams.
