I'm doing a stage 2 Cushman Cam and valve springs. My question is, will that change how far out I can rev? I know stock red lines around 6k, will the new valve springs put me closer to that 6500 mark? I'm assuming the bottom end is fine to rev out that far and its the valve train that is the weak spot?

Duration is easier than lift. Total air flow is needed for RPM. Intake is more important than exhaust, but at high speed big exhaust is needed.
How high do you want to go?

These cams are ground on NEW steel billet cam cores! Stage 2 cams are the perfect choice for ported heads and all out N/A street/strip performance. MUST BE USED WITH AFTERMARKET VALVESPRINGS. Aggressive idle. 3000-6500 prm. Gains of 30-35rwhp are common. Like 3.73 gear or better and 2800+ stall in auto's. MUST BE TUNED AFTER INSTALL.

.560/.575 lift, 225/235 .050" duration, 108 LSA

That's a description and spec of the cams. Just looking to spin a little further than 6k, to fully utilize cam, like 6500 or so.

Changed my mind, again! Going with these cams with Trickflow heads! Getting excited, wife, not so much! :)
