I got my car out the other day from hibernation. Tried everything out to see if everything works still, everything did except for the vent. All it would do is blow out of the defrost and some on the floor. Nothing happens when I swith to vent, floor, defrost, vent and floor, etc. it just stays on the defrost and floor. Now I know its pry something to do with the switch I just want to know if there might be an easy fix without tearing apart my dash to much?

Probably a vacuum line or hose leak. All I know is they are up in the engine bay up on the RH side. Mine did this about 3 years ago.

You have a leak in the small plastic vaccuum line that protrudes from the passenger side of the firewall right next to the A/C dryer, and runs along the top of the firewall behind the intake manifold over to the vacuum tree on the driver side behind the strut tower.

Fix it.

Paul.
