Vibrations

Well I was out cruising around and I got into it a little bit through first and second. Car ran fine cruising down the road for the next 10-15 minutes. I come to a red light and stop and the car starts vibrating, but it's not because of the idle. If i rev it up like around 1500 the vibration goes away or if I take off the vibration goes away. Like it makes the whole car shake. I mean it isn't like horrible bad, but it is noticeable. What i don't understand is when I first fire it up and let it sit there idleing it will not do it. Any idea's?

My harmonic balancer? No I haven't but i did recently install under drive aluminum pullies
