well i got a 96 gt right well a while ago i blew a plug out of the head so i decided to helicoil it in well now that dame helicoil is sitting in my cylinder.... so i was thinkin bout my options if i have to pull the head not a chance in hell id go back to npi but i was also lookin at a completely new(used) pi motor..... so my question is this heads or motor... my block has 95k on it just let me know wat ya think youd do

Since you only have 95k on the clock I would go with the PI heads, intake and get the better CR. then again if you get a good deal on a low mile Pi motor that may be an easy way to go also. My car has about 140 on the clock and Im going to a PI motor and adding a 75 shot.

well i found a few pi motors for 1399 to 1500 with round 45k on both of them... and iv already got a pi intake on my npi block

im 200 miles shy of hitting 100000k on my motor. i'm about to install pi heads, intake and hitech stage 2 cams

I would swap heads but when you have the heads off i would look at the cylinders and at that time you can evaluate the condition of engine cylinder walls. Also you could always go for a trick set of Trickflow heads and get some more extra power out of the car with thoes and a nice am.

ya i do plan plan on modding out the motor possibly thinkin KB at some point iv already got an almost full bolt on npi before it whent to hell
