Weak Restart

got a 97 cobra which was dyno tuned back in march. have vortech v1 with trex pump and believe stock fuel pump ive noticed on a restart after going to the store it cranks over and starts with a real low rpm then picks up. in the morning cranks right over to like 1500.
sometimes i have to give it a lil throttle to start. i use some no name brand fuel thats 93 do u think that could be it or something else?
im gonna switch to mobil or sunoco next refueling and see if theres a difference. let me know if anyone has these issues

if the fuel pump was going bad, you should be able to hear it whining, but my car will do the same, and i think its the headers making the starter start to go bad. but i could wrong.

make the starter to hot, my headers are right on top the starter, got to play hell on the bushings in there. or so i guess.

Its actually a pretty common thing, those starters dont like to get too warm.
