Ive got a centerforce DF clutch and recently i started to hear a squeaky noise when i pushed on the pedal.... like something needed a little WD-40 but now that noise has gone away and it now sounds like when i push on the pedal that im stretching a cord or string.... its a weird sound. It doesn't sound like anything is grinding but it sounds like something is stretching. Its weird but does anyone have any recommendations?

That's probably it, I drove around with a squeeky bearing for like 10k though, and it wasn't bad when I did change it, I was just swapping transmissions, lol.

If you are not sure, then you are using stock cable and quadrant. So, park the car, pull the Ebrake (engine off), hook your foot under the clutch pedal, and pull it back towards you until it pops (it actually makes a clicky poppy kinda noise) You are supposed to do this every oil change roughly.

Yeah JR's right. It wouldn't be a bad idea either to order a new cable from ford (I believe that they're the smoothest) for like
$72. Also buy a billet quadrant and a firewall adjuster. This should make a big difference.

Squealing could be a throw out bearing. Can't tell you how many I've changed in my car. Ford ones last the longest. Wht quadrant and cable are you using? My cable sounds like a crunching/stretchin sound and my cable needs to be replaced...again. Replaced it 10k miles ago when I changed my clutch with an frpp adjustable and now I'm going to a ford nonadjustable since I have a firewall adjuster.

If you have a stock self adjusting quadrant climb under your dash push the pedal down slightly hold the quadrant upwards and then pull the pedal towards the drivers seat. I had to do this when my stock self adjusting quadrant took a shit
