Went to the NMRA nationals today (pics)

had a pretty fun day except for the sun burn :slap: here are some pics mainly from the car show

ill start with my favorite car there, 99 saleen s351 500 whp

just had to take a pic of this, riced out focus, check out the much needed cheap 4 point harness

this guy didn't race but it looks like he could run 9's

if any are still looking for a fox this guy has a sweet one, i forgot to take one of the car but it's a black notch with good paint and dark red racing stripes.
only problem with it is he opened it up before he got a cage and it flexed a spot on the roof, about the size of a baseball but not very noticeable he still doesn't have a cage thats the one thing it needs. he lives in ohio.

i did get a pic of the selling sheet with stats, he said he dynod at 480 whp at only 5 psi because his belt was slipping

That two tone Fox GT belongs to a member on TurboMustang.com, it's very fast. You are very correct on the assumption that it would run 9's. No idea why he wouldn't be racing it there... :dunno:

as far as i know he didn't race, i could have missed him, but it looked like his car never moved from the car show area. it was very well put together

i talked with the guy about the notch he said he would go down to 10k. this is a beast of a car, and an awesome deal for someone. he just had his second kid and is hard up for money
