what are the specs on the Procharger FMU

I've got a new in the package Procharger FMU that I got pretty cheap. It the red anodized unit. Does anybody know if what the rate is and what the bleeder screw on the top performs? Is the rate fixed or is that what the screw is for?

I called Procharger. In case this question comes up from someone else: It is not a vortech. It is adjustable via a bleeder screw from 12:1 to 1:1.
