Yeah.... Heads don't come off for a cam on a pushrod ford.... Well, windsors at least.
I'm with rich, go with an e303, check your valve lash just in case, normally it's dead on after swapping from a ford cam to a ford cam.... And you shouldn't have to do valvesprings unless you experience valve float.
And... If I remember correctly, the cobras came with the full roller crane cams silver rockers, that were specifically made for ford.... IMHO id leave those in there. If you gotta adjust valve lash (unlikely) you can order a shim kit from crane.
