What clutch do you guys prefer or would recommend on my new setup? N/A 347 with a T5. On the stock engine I had a Ram HDX and it was pretty nice...super light pedal and shifted great. I don't really know a lot about how to choose a clutch based on my application so someone enlighten me.

Is there something wrong with the old clutch?

Nothing wrong with it at all. I just left it on the old engine when I pulled it. Since I put a new flywheel on the new engine I figured I might as well use a new clutch too. I plan on using that engine in my truck eventually so it'll need a clutch anyway.

I would call SPEC, RAM, Centerforce and maybe even zoom and talk to them about what they think you should have for your application, then compare those models reviews etc.

I have a SPEC and love it, but plenty of people dislike the SPEC for some reason. I have no idea.

I believe all clutches are comparable. Its the clutch pedal assembly and cable quality that makes or breaks the feel of a clutch.

As for the cable and pedal assembly etc., I've got an MM quadrant, adjuster and cable. I've heard good stuff about Exedy and SPEC. I hear SPEC is a pretty stiff pedal lol

Can't go wrong with a Centerforce Dual Friction. They don't have a real heavy pedal and will take some abuse. I've ran em in all my stick cars and never had a problem outta any of them. Current one is 4 years old and has taken some serious abuse. They are a lil pricier than the rest, but well worth it!

Sweet bro, you get any chatter?

No chatter at all, it's super smooth. I originally bought the Mach 350 But I decided to get the Exedy lightweight fly wheel and went with the 11" clutch instead of the 10.5"

Maybe my chatter is from old resurfaced flywheel. And will go away from what I read .
