Nice! it will look clean when its done. Good luck on getting it all back together

I'm 38 and I have been taking cars/interiors apart and putting them back together since I was 16 :thefinger: j/k I have always used the following tools to help me in taking cars apart and put them back together

1. ziplock baggies
2. masking tape
3. black sharpie

put your loose bolts in a ziplock, put a strip of tape on the baggie, use the sharpie to write down where the bolts came from...

Really glad to see you're happy with those seats. Its about time someone else got some enjoyment out them. Now they've been in 3 forum members cars. GoindeafonMTX, mine, and now yours. Hahah hopefully they've got a good home now. hahaha Beat your kids if they spill something on them!

Okay some here are some pics of the finished product! well sort of! still need to get some a/c vents but I am 99.999% done :thefinger: I know just another black interior with 01+cobra seats :confused1: I must say I am very content with the way it looks now! The only problem is I have had 3 sn95's and they have all had black/saddle interiors so the solid black interior looks very odd to me! :dontknow:

Dal, if you want a oneday work time, it takes me about 4 hours to swap out a full interior. I've had alot of practice though

Looks great man. Definitely a huge upgrade!

Yeah my interior was really neglected and it made me not want to do anything to improve it other than to replace it! I originally thought about keeping the black saddle look,
until I priced out new leather upholstery and it was $950 shipped then I would have to buy about $25 dollars worth of saddle dye and the tools and harware to install the new
leather at about $25 so at a total cost of $1000 I decided to go the other route, luckily I found a cheap set of newer cobra seats otherwise I would have done the new original 96-98 style leather on my seats and refreshed /dyed the saddle! But, here is the breakdown of what I spent!

$550 for seats from Duh09
$10 for both black rear lower 1/4 panel trims
$15 for both kick panels
$15 for both door sills
$75 black carpet
$5 utility compartment
$0 black scuff plates
$60 black 98-99 center console
$8 1 can of wax and grease remover
$8 1 can of adhesion promoter
$12 3 cans of Krylon Fusion (satin black)

So it cost me about $750 to do the swap minus the additional gas it cost me to get from Alabama back to Florida! but I was already driving back home from Connecticut :confused1:
So if I figure in an extra 5 fill ups and the hotel stay im still at about $950 for the entire swap! :headbang:

Looks great Greg. I just realized I didn't give you the belt loops to the seats. I don't know if you noticed, I took them off after I bought the seats because they were in the way more than anything and I thought they looked better without them. Send me a PM with your address and I'll try and ship them out to you in a few weeks when I go home again.
