What do these numbers on my block mean?

My lower intake is off and in the middle if the block between the lifters there is this set of letters/ numbers

351 (it's a 351 block) but after that it says WPC-11. What does that refer to?

I tried looking around this website but maybe you'll have better luck than I did:

I tried searching around a little more with no luck. Perhaps look for a different set of numbers? A few of the online sources I saw
most people were listing a series of 4 digit numbers xxxx-xxxx-xxxx and none of them had the engine displacement in them. Worth a shot I guess.

I Know this is not the block # b/c that is on the back side of the block below the head but I was just wondering what these other set of Numbers represent. I'll get a picture of it later b/c Im heading out right now and thanks for the link I'll check it out
