What headers and oil pan is this?

guy blew his motor and is selling parts off his mustang. Car came with it so he doesnt know brand. But he is asking for $200 for both. And yes he has both headers. Plus where can i get seals for headers and pan? Thanks in advance.

I would jump on it!! The headers look like Mac but Im not sure on the oil pan but it looks like a Milodon,

They look like the Mac headers to me as well, I would have them ceramic coated before putting them on though.
