What is going on here? (Shorty headers)

So I found some BBK shorty headers for 220 shipped on ebay, but they just look like ceramic coated manifolds. I do NOT want to do longtubes, as I dont want to change my whole exhaust around. I'm seeing shorty headers for 05+ mustang gt's for 160 bucks, but all the shorty headers for our 4.6's are like 400 dollars! I dont really want to spend any more than 250..and cant find any used. . Anyone know of any hook ups?

Is page 3 even worth a shit? And I'd say page 4 also looks like the best deal..those actually look like shorty headers.
