No car runs fine. It goes into the passenger side fender. Just thought it was odd to have some random hanging hose

I thought that came up behind the shock tower myself? at least it did on my 94 if I can remember that far back to when it had all that stock stuff

it probably dose its just relocated hose wise , routed different

seems like they would have had to extend it a few feet which can be done but it looks like the stock hard line

some could have moved it at a point , or factory install like that , or could have been to the dealership , they never put shit back the way it should be , many reasons
