Hey got a 96 GT. 118xxx Just got around 500 dollars. Lookn for go and not show. What should i do with this 500 to make the car better. So many decision. Cant make up my mind.

I think I'm with DSTRBD on this one! You will get more bang I think because you will be hearing it more. Gears may make it get up to speed faster, I would just upgrade your exhaust!

+1 midpipe, find an used midpipe.

do a tune up if you havent already and if you have, buy some suspension goodies such as Subframe connectors, you have to pay to get them weld on, though.

Still doesn't change my opinion. If that's too expensive to him then try shopping around to same place that won't rape him.

If I were you I would save your money and buy something that will give you power.

You have a 96 gt, they are slow and still will be slow with gears.

Why dont you save up a couple grand before doing anything?

What are your goals for the car?

If you plan on it ever going anywhere save up, and atleast do a pi swap with some cams or shop around and piece together a used vortech kit...they can be had for like 1500 if you do your shopping.
