hey
i see that u know a lot bout the sn95 models so i figured id ask u i have a 96 gt all stock excpt a kn intake with 103k in the motor i wanna try to get it to have like 300 hp to the wheels. What do u think would be the best and most cost effective way to do it with out using nos. I found someone local to me that had a pi swapped 98 gt motor with 83 k on it that he said he sell to me for around 1200 with midpipe and headers. IT has stage 2 vt cams on it. what would be the best route for me

PI swap, cams, exhaust, and tune should get you pretty close.

Port and polished heads would even be better I assume.

You will be pretty close either way. FI is really the way to go with the 4.6 if you want over 300.

I have a non pi 4.6 w/ a Paxton novi1000, Blower cams, Pi intake, Full exhaust w/ LT's, supporting fuel system, TB& plenum. I dynoed 385/361.

I was told my setup on a PI motor would be around 500 whp.
