What tools are needed?

Just ordered a set of Tokico Blues, Springs, and MM Caster/Camber Plates. What tools are needed to do this swap?

Just basic tools,Ratchets,sockets and of course a drill to drill the 4 Hole for the CC plates.

you dont need spring compressor.what you do is put the car on jackstands and with the floorjack put pressure on the A-arm and slowlly lower the jack until you are able to get the springs out.


not hard at all.

Yes, you prolly wanna do it all at once if possible.


i did my A-arms,13 brakes and bump steer kit with in 6.5 hrs no break. :crazy2:

and have never done it before.

Unbolt Spindle from control arm.

Unbolt the two bolts that hold them on, replace the arm, put the two bolts back in.

Bolt spindle back on.

but how much of a notice did you see with the addition of the bump steer kit? im contemplating on doing one myself soon

the rear isnt too bad, there is a write up on the link Javi posted i think as well. I did mine on a lift with another guy helping and it didnt take too long.

umm,i did the A-arms,BSK and SFC all with in two days,i didnt get to drive it much,i did when i took the car for an alingment, it felt good.

I didnt see a link for that. How hard is it to do w/ out a lift or do you need one?

It's super easy. A jack, a couple of jackstands, and some tools are you're done.

Go to the MM website and download their instructions - that will give you an idea of what you're in for.

don't forget a BFH, i never do a job without one.

to me it's like one of those multi-tools. having trouble getting that out, :knuppel2: BFH will do the trick.
