What transmission should i install

Just basically found out that my 98 gt 4r70w tranny is just about dead, it has a delayed slip. When u fire it up it slipps like hell to get into 1st gear then slips a little in fourth once you get going. My question is where can I get a quality transmission for my mustang or should I just have it rebuilt? I would really like to actually convert it to a manual transmission, just wondering what the cost is that I am looking at. Thanks in advance.

manual swap is an option and can be found for @$2000 using used parts. MPS in Georgia sells them. google mustang parts specialties.
